I ordered an item from them, but after 2 weeks and it still didnt arrive i phoned to inform them, i was told that they have a problem with the royal mail who are delaying there parcels, but they would send out another vi 1st class, guess what? that never arrived either! if you know you have a problem then use another company! plenty of them around and most are cheaper with tracking info too

Amazing! My Juki overlocker seized on me BSK repaired it in 2days. Service is superb it sews beautifully now. The staff are lovely and friendly highly recommend for all your servicing and repairs I’ll be taking my other machines for a service there too.

This is a small unit tucked away on an industrial unit, but the sales area is an Alladin's cave! The people here are not just about selling you a machine, but care that you are getting the right one for your individual needs. I was given a demonstration and lesson in how to operate my chosen machine, and was assured that I could call in any time if I had further questions.
They are price competitive too! Great service and product.
