We offer a automated wash pre-treatment service using an auto wash tank with a capacity of 8 meters. The interior size of the washing chamber is up to 1.5 metres high and in lengths of between 3 metres and 8 metres. The surface treatment of aluminium can lead to very large productions gains over alternate methods such as immersion tanks or wet spraying.

(Edit on 18/6/2021 - Paint chipped off and they didn't even strip off the original paint. Oh well at least I got the 'Free Delivery' which was defo worth the £30 and 3 week wait...
Great quality & value let down by awful customer service.
First of all I'd like to mention that the powder coating job on my spring was great, I asked for the spring to be powder-coated red and it was very well done, however, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service. As someone who works in customer services, I absolutely hate to be the person who has to write such a negative review.

I had some blind boxes powder coated with APC. Michael could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly, they are extremely reasonable in price and have a quick turn around, along with their finish being impeccable.
I would not go anywhere else for powder coating, definitely a reputable company.

I choose APC as I was assured that the finish would last and the cost was a reasonable price and also using a local company.
I was given a collection time and date, however this had to be changed due to van being stuck elsewhere,ok I take that.
I was then given a different date and I arranged to take time off work, (Now the problem begins) i waited in all day nobody turned up and worse to come was i had no telephone call to give an excuse. I phoned the company up to be passed around the workshops. J finally spoke to a MD who assured me that somebody would collect the gates on Saturday at 11am

I am very impressed with the work APC Powder coating have done for me recently. They have a wide range of colours in stock and did a very clean job coating metal frames for our bike sheds for the basement on a new block of flats in Manchester city centre. They even manufactured a better product for us which we will be using from now on.

Would have given 5 stars at first as was good communication and very friendly guys. Came to fix our back gate which had blew off in the wind. After a few days the gate had come back off so contacted them to come back and have a look as wasnt fitted back properly. Sent numerous messages- sometimes with a response saying he would come this day or this day but never showed up! Asked for my money back as needed to get someone else to fix it as unstable and unsafe and was promised a refund but still not got it after 3 months! On maternity which is currently £140 a week so to pay £75 and not get this

I dropped off my car subframes and other suspension components on Tuesday morning and were blasted and powder coated for pick up on Wednesday afternoon. The finish is excellent and the quick turnaround was really helpful. Mike stayed behind on Wednesday so i could collect my items after I had finished work. The transformation from before to after was unbelievable. The parts looked better than brand new items. All in all a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I am a first time customer of APC Powder Coating. Dealt with Mike from start to finish and found him to be honest and very straightforward explained fully about finishes of paints on different materails Will recommend this place to my friends.
Had My motor bike frame powder coated and it turned out great. The satan finish matches perfectly Now I know where to go for powder coating, as I'll have quite a few more items to be done.

Had two triumph wheel hubs coated here, came because they said would be short turn around but was suspicious of how cheap.
Hubs came back a clear week later than promised, finish was patchy but i decided to go with it and hope discs and sprockets would hide the imperfections but when the wheel builder started lacing the wheels the coating started coming off in lumps. He commented it was the worst job he had ever seen, a view echoed by the people who re-coated them,but that was after ten minutes flicking off the coating for a laugh.
May be ok for industrial use but definitely no clue as to motorcycle
