Winchester Holiday Homes
Winchester Holiday Homes is run by myself, Caroline Rees, along with my husband David. We met when we were both sailing around the world. On deciding to move back to the UK we made Southampton our base. Finding Southampton too big a city but still wanting to be close to the coast we next moved to Twyford.

30 years later, our family have grown up here and we can't imagine living anywhere else. We have been letting self-catering properties for over 20 years and running bed and breakfast for 30 years. We value our reputation for making our best efforts to make guests feel at home.
Services
Twyford is located some three miles south of Winchester and is a village of around 1,200 inhabitants, set within the western edge of the South Downs National Park. The unspoilt surrounding countryside offers extensive opportunities for walking on the Downs, or along the banks of the River Itchen. The village is a thriving community that centres on Twyford Stores selling just about everything, and which also has its own coffee-shop and restaurant.
Our Cyprus apartment is modern, maintained to a high standard and in a quiet location, set on the upper floor overlooking a large L-shaped swimming pool. The centre of the ancient hilltop village of Pissouri is an easy 10 minute walk and its traffic-free streets offer local shops and family-friendly tavernas.
The Barn was built around 15 years ago and enjoys a quiet setting in the garden of our home in Twyford, some three miles from Winchester. It is self-contained and an ideal base for a touring holiday. Shawford rail station is within walking distance, IBM Hursley and the employment areas of Basingstoke, Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh are within 10/15 minutes drive.

We have such fond memories of our stay here. The barn is gorgeous -just the right size for the four of us, and beautifully done up. It has a little garden in front, full of flowers in spring, with a table and chairs for al fresco meals when the weather permits. And the location is great, a short stroll from fields and the perfect pooh-stick river. Caroline was very helpful and accommodating, and we'd come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for making a special time in our lives (we'd just had our second baby) an idyllic little bubble x

A gorgeous selection of holiday homes in Winchester and the surrounding areas. We've stayed in a couple of the different homes and they're beautifully done, very clean and the hosts were very welcoming.
