Services
We are a friendly, family-run business based in Eastbourne, on the Sunshine Coast! Our aim is to provide our customers with good quality reliable scooters at an affordable price. Even though most of our scooters have been previously owned they have mostly been very lightly used and in many cases never been used at all, and they have all been fully serviced, have good batteries and come with a 3 month warranty as standard.
In order to keep pace with the ever increasing demand for our quality used Scooters, we are always looking to purchase previously owned Scooters that are in good condition. We will come and visit you at your home to save you having to try to transport the Scooter, and should we come to an arrangement, we will pay in cash there and then and take the Scooter away with us.
Currently there is no legal requirement for you to insure your mobility scooter, however we do recommend to all our customers that they do give this serious consideration. As a company we do not sell insurance services but we do work closely with specialist insurance providers that can offer you mobility scooter cover.
All our scooters are sold with the benefit of a money back promise if you find that the item is not as described in our sales particulars, plus a 3 month warranty included in the purchase price. However when buying a second hand mobility scooter, we understand that you may wish to have the security of a fully comprehensive warranty.

Absolutely first class service. I saw one of their chairs on eBay and contacted them, and Ted brought two powerchairs all the way from Eastbourne to Worcestershire for me to try for only the cost of fuel, and that was during the recent shortage! He certainly knows his stuff and fixed me up with an as-new condition Vienna Shoprider powerchair for a fraction of the showroom cost. He offers follow up advice and support too. I would give ten stars if I could!

Ted was so helpful & such a genuine guy, such a easy stress free experience Ted brought the mobility scooter to our house in Battle from Eastbourne for our grandad to try it out..we purchased that day & my grandad absolutely loves it! 100% would recommend such a great service & experience and overall lovely guy :)

Ted and Alistair were brilliant dealing with me over the phone, email and by text. Delivery was prompt on a Sunday! Got a very good deal for a 8mph scooter that was in Excellent condition with delivery and a warranty thrown in. Unlike other sites that sell reconditioned scooters they don’t seem to be overpricing there products. Thanks again guys!!
