As a business, we endeavour to offer the highest level of customer service, at what is understandably a very difficult and stressful time for families. Furthermore, we recognise and respect the importance of organising a suitable memorial, so that families can provide personal and everlasting tributes in memory of their loved ones.
Our office is open from Monday - Friday 9am - 4.00pm. We have a variety of memorials on display at our showroom in Carmarthen, and also have colour brochues available with more designs. We understand that this can be a very difficult time for families and appreciate that organizing a memorial is the opportunity for families to say something special to their loved ones as an everlasting tribute. We endeavour at all times to offer our customers a personal, sympathetic, professional service.
There are various rules and regulations governing churchyards and cemeteries, which restrict certain types and dimensions at particular cemeteries. We will be able to advise you on this, or you can speak to your vicar or cemetery attendant for their advice, as they have the final say. Our service includes the completion of any Church or Cemetery applications if necessary and fees which have to be completed and paid for in advance on your behalf.
