Booked Steve for an evening to teach us how to play poker and we had a great time! Steve was very prompt and helpful with all enquiries. Steve set up and talked us all through the game (we were all complete… beginners) and we thoroughly enjoyed an evening learning and playing. Very impressed with the building . Very pleasant to find friendly and helpful staff: we had been recommended and guided to the bar by Vera / Veronica (I think that was her name anyway) (securety staff: surprised of amiability and helpfulness). Very nice selection of drinks at the bar! Ten out of ten overall. Definitely coming again!

Went on Tuesday night( Wednesday morning) around 1am for my friends birthday and was greeted by rude reception staff and even ruder bar staff! We asked for a menu for the drinks and were surprised when our waiter started talking down to us... asking if we knew what a spirit was and said that if we didn’t like his service no one else would serve us.... We had to leave about 1 minute after sitting down. We explained this to the manager who straight away took the side of his staff. If you are going somewhere like this spending a lot of money you don’t expect to be treated like trash... will never

Attended a party on Saturday with mayfair casinos present... what a fantastic addition! Monique was absolutely incredible with all guests (she even laughed at my jokes ALL night!), and we had top banter with both ladies! the evening went smoothly and was a huge success, both girls running blackjack and roulette conducted themselves with… professionalism whilst having fun and making it enjoyable for everyone. I don't think there was one guest who didn't get fully involved. Absolutely incredible and fantastic service, thank you very much for making the evening very special.
