Services
This is only a small selection of the embroidery we have done. We embroider designs of all sizes and styles from simple monograms to more complex logos and large applique embroideries. More samples will be added here over time to show embroidered designs on a range of garments from polo shirts to baseball caps.
Logos and artwork designs need to be turned into an embroidery disk, an emberoiderable computer file format, before they can be embroidered by an embroidery machine. This is the process of embroidery digitisation or punching. The embroidery disk instructs the machine how to sew the stiches to recreate the artwork on a garment.
Here at KK Embroidery we offer a range of applique embroidery service to ensure that there is something for everyone. Applique embroidery is basically material that is crated or stitched onto a base cloth. It can be made up of a whole range of materials, but because it is then placed onto a base cloth it is sturdy and well held together.
We can accept artwork by e-mail or through the post either as a printed hardcopy or on a CD / floppy disk. We can work with many standard file formats such as jpeg, gif, bmp, png, tiff and Adobe pdf files. We can also use Photoshop and Illustrator file fomats, psd and eps. If you are sending us eps files please make sure you include any non standard fonts used.
