Phoned to report a faulty rod that was only used twice, guy on the phone argued that it was my own fault which it wasn't and he wasn't Interested. Seems they don't give a toss once they get your money 👎

Placed an order on 16may for on stock items, called on 19may to check how long my order will take to arrive, I was told to expect it around the 24may, that's 8 days to receive my order. When I asked the reason for such a long delivery, I was told they are very busy with over 700 orders per day, well done to you, but may I suggest that you increase your staff numbers to accommodate your demand, placed 3 other orders in different websites on 16may, most arrived on 18may and the last order on 19may, Glasgow angling centre order arriving on 24may. Step up guys. Look after your customers so we can continue

A week to deliver some artificial worms! It’s like being back in the 80’s! Never again!!! You’ll need to up your game if you are to challenge your competitors! I’ve had delivery’s from Europe turn up quicker. I’m sure Covid will get the blame, even though we are under no restrictions at present and my bills still turn up, in the post daily!

Online sales are absolute rubbish, having ordered some fly fishing gear on Tuesday and paying for faster delivery I’m still waiting a week and a half later , I’ve contacted the store they say the delay is due to COVID-19, I asked if the product was in stock and if they had all their staff in, the answer to both was yes , so how is there a problem?? Don’t waste your time or effort with these, you would be better ordering from Outer Mongolia !!!

Usually get what I'm after and the staff are friendly & helpful. Could carry more of a range in some sections as there's always gaps in the shelves is my only slight criticism which still leads to having to buy certain things online as they just can't seem to source them.

Went in today, picked the rod I wanted and there was someone there to help, same with the reel I bought, picked it out, someone was there to go and get it from the back, through the checkout was one of the best experiences I've had while shopping, the young lad on the till was a fisherman, (which is brilliant!!!) very polite and friendly, I'll be back soon to buy the matching rod so I have a pair,,, thanks for the great shopping experience 😊😊

Better customer service no apologies for delayed order of £400 just my fault really for using finance rather than paying in full. What difference should it make. Customer service needs some manners.
