In fact, Paul set up a worldwide online training academy in 2020 and he is now teaching many people around the globe to "perfect" the art of tailored covers. You can rest assured that all furniture brought into our workshop leaves us with perfectly fitting tailored covers.

Alternatively, one of our tailors may call to take detailed templates at your home this service only available in mainland UK. You will receive a very tailored upholstered looking cover. Our tailored service is now discounted to our copy cover service price with a small surcharge of 145 per order per tailored visit.

To update: the response to this show how they still don't understand why I am offended. I understand you are saying the covers are the same cost of the sofa but you are completely missing the point as to whether that your decision to make. It's also simple customer service - you telling me my item isn't worthy of your service is bad customer service. simple. Very poor from Tara.

We moved from the UK to Australia four years ago, bringing our tetrad Alicia sofa, two annabel chairs. And a Naomi chair with us. The only tetrad registered dealer in Australia was unable to help when I needed new covers. I contacted three companies in the UK, but only Tara at eezecovers provided what I thought to be excellent customer service. She was prompt with replies, and the quote very reasonable. I felt she was dealing with me as a person, not as an invoice. It is a big deal when you are sending money overseas to preorder fabric, not knowing anything about the company other than the online

Tara is a lovely person to do business with. Professional and friendly. I sent my old covers to her and the new covers came back within a few weeks. Beautiful. Tara and her team even made the arm covers which I never asked for but they are a god send. My covers were MINT and CREAM and I asked for some scatter cushions as well as that was no problem. The covers fit and wash really well.
