When we visit you in your home, we will survey the windows you require blinds on and take several measurements. If you have chosen a blind type that you would like then you will be able to see our samples and being in the comfort of your own home it will be easier to match them up to existing furniture, colours or fabrics.
Venetian Blinds with slats manufactured from aluminium alloys coated with polyester based paint combine high functional efficiency with strong aesthetic appeal and are available in a wide range of colours, with colour co-ordinated rails braids and cords. As standard, the tilt mechanism and cord lock is incorporated into one unit, allowing easy access to alter the shading.
With a name like Emperor Blinds it was inevitable that we would include Roman Blinds in our collection. These really are a luxury blind with a wide range of colours and textures offered as standard with ecru lining or as an option with blackout lining. Roman blinds offer a soft and warm finish to your window and are a good alternative to curtains.
These are a dual layer roller blind with a horizontal striped fabric consisting of a solid stripe and either a mesh type, net or voile stripe of fabric. Ideal for keeping down all day and being able to see out but when pulled can create a solid covering to increase privacy. They can also be pulled all the way up or half way as you would a standard roller blind.

Absolutely amazing gentleman and wife who are so friendly and honest.
I first had Bert measure, supply and fit our blinds for the entire 3 bed home about 4/5years ago and the service was remarkable!
The price was exceptionally good yet the materials were top quality?!
I’m not sure how this gentleman works with such reasonable prices and being able to make a living compared to most blind specialists but he does and he does it very well with such high standards.
I’m now ready to get my new 4 bed home fitted with blinds and straight away I’ve headed to Bert and only just realised I never

Very good service! We replaced all of our blinds and was really surprised at the price quoted. We had quality roman and venetian blinds made to measure back and front. We paid nearly £1000 pounds in 2004 for the roman blinds that were constructed using wooden battens and string. For nearly £300 more we had better quality heavy fabric, metal mechanism and pull cords. Emperor provided us with a complete service; measure, supply and fit. . We looked at other on line suppliers and to be honest I really didn't want to take the risk of getting the measurements wrong and have the hassle of fitting them
