I was running late and poped in they where then closing but stayed open late to do me fish and chips friendly staff and the food was amazing I would recommend to anyone five stars

Love the grub there! Went in there today and a new staff member was working, they made some mistakes while doing orders and couldn’t hear too well but that’s perfectly fine and understandable. Another staff… member was rude to him and then said it’s all jokes, poor guy looked so embarrassed, me and my partner asked if he was alright when the staff were away. Overall though the food is great and the new staff member was doing an incredible job, hope he gets on well with working there 👍🏻

The food is amazing. However, a staff member was being unkind to a new staff member. When he did something wrong or got confused he would say that he had no brain cells or would say where are your brain cells and ask them if they had any. They were so embarrassed to the point where we had to ask if he was okay. I have worked as a kitchen assistant and it takes time to get used to, the last thing you need is someone shouting at you. The staff member also swept the floor, used a dust pan and brush and touched the bin and didn’t wash his hands.

Used the new online system to order tonight. great food, great service and easy to place the order.
