Natalie put together a lovely hotel room balloon display as a surprise for my partner's 40th birthday. She was easy to contact, returned my messages promptly, explained what options were available and helped me… choose which colours to go for. As I only have a small hatchback car, Natalie delivered the balloons to the hotel and set them up in our room prior to our arrival. My partner loved the balloons and was very pleasantly surprised. Our baby daughter had lots of fun playing with them too. I would definitely recommend The Balloon Room and will 100% be a returning customer!

We ordered 4 balloon columns for an anniversary party and they were amazing. Natalie looked through our plans (colour scheme and layout) and came up with beautiful designs with really thoughtful extra ideas - like incorporating real eucalyptus leaves (which smelt amazing!). Natalie is very professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be using The Balloon Room again!

I contacted Natalie for some balloons for my sons 6th birthday during lockdown. I asked for super Mario themed balloons and was over the moon with what we were supplied with, my son and his little brother were so happy with the balloons. The communication and safe collection was excellent. Thank you Natalie 🎈

Fantastic service from The Balloon Room. Balloon display was amazing for my daughters 16 birthday. Set up and delivery was also great. Natalie was very helpful in customising and adding ideas to make it look… even more amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for balloons and something that’s a little bit different 🙌🏻
