Dan supported us through a mortgage application, and then subsequent house sale and purchase. He was extremely professional, friendly and reliable. Dan, and his colleague Anne, were fantastic in chasing and pushing the process along and helping us navigate a challenging situation with our solicitors. Even though we moved just before the end of the stamp duty holiday, meaning everyone was extremely busy, we always felt that Dan was approachable and available. We are very grateful for his and Anne’s work.

I have been trying to find someone to redo my Will. It has been difficult to find someone who speaks in a language the lay person can understand.
Steve Murray is excellent, he offers options, and explains them clearly.
Really nice guy. He even suggests it might be cheaper to do something yourself online, rather than him doing it and charging. That is good service!

Mine is 100% positive- Dan as just sorted out my remortgage ( he did my original mortgage too) he is very through in his communication and what relevant documents I needed to forward on. He kept me informed of the progress and gave approximate timescales. Everything went smoothly, no stress and he confirmed today by email that the mortgage had been completed.
