Excellent service from Andover House Clearance.
My late brothers house was rented, the landlord has very strict requests to clear their property including the lifting of carpets and removal of curtain rails.
Tony was familiar with what was required.
As we live out of the area he was flexible with the narrow time we had to be present to meet him and get a quotation.
In one short meeting he discussed the requirements with us, gave us a quote and accepted our verbal agreement to proceed. Just what we needed at this difficult time.
He kept me informed of the times he carried out the work, did

I can’t recommend Tony & Charlie highly enough, Tony helped me out at short notice to clear a full house, garage, conservatory & shed with 50+ yrs of stuff, I wanted to use a local Company and after reading reviews Tony fit the bill, genuine, friendly & very helpful all for a good price & great communication.

Tony was recommended by a neighbour to clear our late mother's house. He responded very promptly to calls and emails. Owing to delays with our house sale chain we had to postpone the date for clearance several times but this was never a problem. The clearance was carried out thoroughly and as arranged. Tony came to my home to clear some lounge furniture he was very polite very punctual and very professional in his manner. I had occasion to call him again to clear some bedroom furniture. The day I had booked turned out to be not so good for Tony as his van was going in for repair but instead of letting me down he texted me and arranged to pick up a few days earlier instead. I was so pleased with all that he did for me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

At our first meeting with Tony, we were impressed by his polite and professional manner and his 24 years of experience of house clearance. He was respectful of all that the house held and mindful that it had been a family home for over 40 years. We were very grateful that what was an emotional situation and a large amount of work was dealt with so respectfully. Tony recently cleared my father's house when he passed away. Tony was very sensitive to the situation and he dealt with the house and its entire contents quickly, efficiently and with care. He was very careful to check that no personal effects had been missed. It was really helpful to have this service at a difficult time.

We needed help to relocate my disabled Mother into sheltered accommodation nearer to our family 200 miles away. This was a huge task as it involved downsizing from a 4 bedroom family home with about 50 years worth of objects and memories. Tony was very understanding and sympathetic to this huge change for my mother. We had a deadline to hand the property back to the housing association and Tony and his team were excellent.
