Customers should be made aware if they hire scaffolding for one day and mc Carroll is closed on bank Holidays he will charge for the days he is closed. I wasn't made aware of this when I hired the day before the bank holiday. He should have by trade description law informed customers of this.

Have to say I was very impressed with the staff at Mc Carroll plant hire. They hadn't got what I needed, as they had all been hired out, they rang me as soon as the chipper was left back to see if I still needed it. Thanks very much. I definitely would highly recommend.

Helpful and polite, on phone, email and face to face when picking up the hire equipment. First time to use McCarrolls but definitely use them again. This time hired a lawn aerator - good quality machine, clean and tidy too.

Finally decided to make a start on a home landscaping project. Contacted McCarroll's at short notice and they delivered a mini digger, concrete breaker and some other tools as agreed and on time.
All tools and equipment were of the highest quality, staff on hand to answer any questions. An excellent service.
