Everything in our practice is designed to offer you the best we can in vision care and eyewear. As professional Optometrists we are interested in the science of vision and how we can help you obtain the best vision you can through good health and great eyewear. We know that high quality dispensing is a pre-requisite of an independent optometry practice.
It's our belief that there's never been such a strong cohort of aspirational motivated optometrists qualifying. It's easy to find yourself in a dull, uninspiring career driven by KPIs, and unqualified corporate managers. The good news there's always time to change and refocus your career.

Kerri (Dispensing Optician and Director of Operations)- I'd become disillusioned after setting up a hugely successful cold start up for a well know national chain and jumped at the chance to work with Gerard.
Our Optical Stylists have joined us from a variety of backgrounds. We recruit for attitude over experience and this shows with the joy our team express at work. It’s really difficult to choosing glasses for yourself, but I had fantastic help from Liam and the team, and am delighted with the ones we chose. They were ready much sooner than I expected too. The atmosphere in the shop is very upbeat and friendly, and the staff put themselves out to make sure that you are happy - you even get a follow up call a week later to check that all is well. I would recommend this optician without hesitation.

There is a wide range of frames available to choose from and the staff are on hand to give you guidance so that you know you will look great in whatever glasses you choose,

A new word would have to be invented to describe the level of customer care at Lynne Fernandes. I bought a great pair of Spine glasses at the Wells Road branch in 2015. Having moved to France since, I have managed to break my glasses twice (!) and they've gone to great lengths to get them repaired or replaced on warranty by the manufacturer. I was (and still am) speechless. It doesn't get any better than this. Many thanks to the whole team!
