We booked a Limo for our daughters prom, near Bury St Edmunds, the car arrived right on time, spotless, and the driver, (sorry I've forgotten his name), was brilliant, friendly, really nice chap. We had my daughter and her friend in the car, they went around town, windows down and radio blasting, when the car arrived at the venue, it had sirens going, it was fantastic, all the girls have spoken about is how great the Limo experience was, it really made their night. We booked and paid a deposit for the beauford for our wedding over a year in advance. They could have asked for the remaining funds at any point but they chose to do it 15 minutes before my now wife was due to walk down the aisle. NOT COOL! I was told I had to pay then or they wouldn't drive us, so rather than greeting guests I was on my phone trying to pay them.
Otherwise the car was lovely and the driver was nice.

We totally recommend BKP Limousines for your wedding day, or any other special occasion. Their service is second to none, and they make you feel so special. They were initially meant to do our wedding in March 2020, but because of the pandemic we went through two more dates and they were so patient, understanding and happy to be flexible. We had a Daimler for our day, and I was collected from Ipswich to go to The Swan in Lavenham. It was rather a soggy day at the outset (despite being August) and the driver was so considerate and helpful. The drive was very comfortable with carefully chosen music

BKP Limousines is a great company. We hired a limousine for wedding on july 2021 for whole day and the service was second to none. The driver was very porfessional and smart. All the timings throughout the day was communicated to their office and the driver was on time and friendly. The limo itself was kept clean and in good condition. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to book a top limo service.

Highly recommend this company, had them for my wedding in August. The drivers were all so professional and the cars were immaculate, which we viewed before we booked, (not like others we had seen with other companies in Ipswich before booking) always look before you book! Overall great company, made our day so very special, thanks again!
