We have always had great advice and after sales service from the Bikewise team whenever we have shopped there (which is often!).
Really friendly and helpful independent retailer that deserves your custom and support.

Mark repaired my Chopper and assembled my SE Fast Ripper in a couple of days. He completed both jobs much sooner than expected. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Proper old school business.

Excellent service in dealing with Mark, all staff members are very professional and welcoming. I booked my bike in for a service and the turnaround time was excellent and i was excited to have my bike back sooner than i expected! Excellent value for money, 10/10 for the bike service. I will 100% be going back again! Highly recommend to go to this bike shop only!

Having initially purchased my bike from a large high street retailer last year , I have been backwards and forwards with a host of little problems, not entirely convinced with the quality of service. Upon undertaking some work myself, I got something not quite right, hence decided to take my bike to bikewise- full service and a few parts all at a reasonable price and the bike actually feels better than it ever did ! Extremely impressed with the quality of work , I would not hesitate to recommend them ! Thanks guys !!

Had a problem with the gears on a Felt road bike that I use on my turbo trainer. Front change stiff, rear change packed up all together. Dropped the bike down, was mended same day (new cables and set up the gear shift), bill was very fair, service with a smile - what more could you ask for?
No hesitation at all in recommending Bikewise. I'll be back for regular service work in the future. Thanks guys, really appreciated the fast turn round.

The owner's of this shop are fully trained mechanic they will repair your bike & sort out any problems,as they are all keen cyclists.

I wanted to buy an electrically assisted bike, but I wanted to try one out first. 6 bike shops were happy to take my £2,000 but not interested in arranging a demo. Mark has bikes you can try and was happy to let me take one for enough time to be sure a liked it. He got the sale and gave me a very goof price.

Regularly use this shop, Mark and staff are always helpful and give considered, sound advice. I have bought two high end bikes in the past and although not not quite matching internet prices it is reassuring to know that they been checked over and correctly set up for the rider. They have also got me out of more than one fix in the past most recently fitting tubeless tyres which I could not get to seal. Other bike shops could learn a lot from their customer service.

Great service and quick turnaround too. A great range of Dawes kids bikes too.
