Salek and Kay have been nothing but supportive since moving into our property. Compared to my previous landlord/agent, who tried to hamstring me by overcharging me and illegally charging me extra money for the privilege of being allowed to rent a place, Ashmore Lettings is... not that bad at all.
So far, they've given me tips on how to maintain the property I'm renting, and have been pretty reasonable with me. A good liaison between me and the landlord behind the scenes. Every issue I've had so far has been dealt with eventually, though I can't really blame them if the landlord decides to delay works.
Of course, I still run into my usual bout of issues dealing with people

Salek has been a great help from the start. He and his wife have suggested many items to help with a few teething problems we were having. They are both friendly and make you feel at ease. In comparison to our last rented property where we had no contact with the agency, this has been very helpful.

As a 1st time landlord I am very happy with the service and professionalism that Salek provides. His company stood out highly in between the other big boys that I had been considering. We have been working with Salek of Ashmore Lettings & Sales for over 9 years managing one of our properties in Walsall. He is very professional, polite and he knows his stuff. He gives his professional opinion and his reasoning behind it and lets us decide. We have never had an issue with him.
