David is an experienced and precise audiologist, with a background of running hearing clinics for an International specialist hearing aid corporation. He has also worked with children with hearing loss, a field where he felt passion and empathy. David's first degree was in Engineering and he brings these logic and problem solving skills to his hearing aid programming.

Just said goodbye to Dan and am now the proud owner of my own Oticon hearing aids which are amazing! With Dan and the team you don't just buy new hearing aids, they actually let you trial them for a week or two to make absolutely sure you are happy with them - and I was. I've worn hearing aids before but they were quite messy having to have them fitted to the shape of your ear and always had a bit of an echo with the right ear. Now with Dan's help and the Oticon model that's all gone.. Can't recommend them enough... very satisfied customer.

Alison Ellis has changed my fathers life. He is aged 87 and very deaf! He was unwilling to admit this until he met with the lovely Alison. She clearly explained the results of his hearing test with the use of visual graphs to help him understand his hearing loss and described the health benefits of correcting his loss. My father had added complications as he had much of his outer ear removed due to skin cancer. The result was that she took in ear moulds and made him a bespoke custom pair of rechargeable ITC (in the ear

Definitely would recommend. My dad booked an appointment here after suffering with intense ear pain. After several trips to the doctors who fobbed him off with painkillers/ear drops (which made things worse), the specialists here identified immediately that he had an infection that was causing the pain - something two GPs had failed to diagnose - and from that he was finally able to get the appropriate treatment. Fantastic service from extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
