The Practice was founded back in 1985 by Mac Kotecha, bringing with him a handful of clients from the West-End practice he was previously a partner at. As client numbers grew, in 1986 the practice relocated to larger premises at Finchley Central where we are still located today. Mac's daughter, Priya, joined the firm in 2000 as a green trainee chartered accountant, qualifying in 2004 and working up to becoming a partner in 2010.
