We will contact you within 48 hours to notify you if any part of your order is out of stock and suggest alternative products. Do you carry stock? We carry limited stocks most items are ordered direct with the suppliers on receipt of your order.
If you need to return an item for anything other than a manufacturing fault (e.g you have ordered the wrong size) please return it in its original condition with packaging and tags as sold - within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.Delivery costs are not refunded. Avoid like the plague. Ordered team kits that never arrived. Made multiple enquiries via email to no response. Eventually I requested a refund but still didn't receive any response. Rang them directly and spoke to a seemingly disinterested fellow. He simply asked for my bank details, but with hindsight I think this was just to get me off the phone. Surprise surprise, no refund came through. Scam.

Having a really bad previous experience with another kit provider, dealing with Team Sport Direct was something else. From the first contact they were great: they've answered all my queries regarding stock and turnaround. Exchanged a few emails and phone calls pre and post-ordering to confirm everything (£900 worth of kit) and in the end I got everything in time and, most importantly, without missing items or messed up printing. Will definitely continue working with them for our football club.
