Metro Property Investments and its associated companies are a progressive Landlord that aims to offer a high level of service to all its tenants and leaseholders, we have structured the organisation so that we have dedicated staff for each department which includes residential property management, commercial property management and accounts.

It's a family run business with easy access to decision makers that speeds up the reaction times especially in the repairs and maintenance section which can be notoriously slow. We have an in-house maintenance team that are familiar with our various residential blocks and able to fault find quicker than external contractors.

Metro Property Investments is a family run business that has been trading since 1978, in that time a substantial portfolio of properties have been acquired, there is a mix of stock ranging from ground rent investments, residential houses/flats, commercial properties and a number of small shopping centres.
Bought in middle of 2012 from Savills a freehold block of 24 flats with 18 x 2 bedrooms and 6 x 1 bedrooms units, with basement parking. The block was held by the receivers for nearly two years due to the building having not been completed by the previous developers and the fragile market.

With the assistance of Stride Treglown surveyors and HDS our appointed contractors, a programme of works to complete the building to Building Control and Premier Warranty took just eight weeks.
When we purchased the flats were virtually all let to tenants mostly on AST. We have already carried out refurbishments to the communal parts and we will have a planned refurbishment programme throughout the development. Then in 2013 planning consent was granted for an additional 8 flats which construction is due to finish in mid 2016, these flats will be sold on the open market.
Purchased from the NHS in late 2009 a development of 30, two and three bedroom houses which were in dilapidated condition, we undertook a massive refurbished programme to included new heating, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, updated wiring, redecoration and gardens.

We also obtained planning consent for additional parking which released a redundant parking area which planning was granted for a mixed office and retail development, the land was later sold off.
A development of just 8 family houses due to start in Early 2016, the site is located within a short walk of Upminster High St and mainline/underground station. Also good quality schools are close by. We will be building six 3 bedroom semi-detached houses with two 4 bedroom detached houses. Parking will be located to the rear with access from St laurence Road and will be gated.

I have been living in the UK for several years as a foreigner and have met many landlords and agents. But I've never seen such a rude and unprofessional like this lettings. If you are going to view the property here or sign a contract, I can say for sure you will regret it and waste your time.
Ps. They will rate you after viewing as very slow and rude.

This has got to be one of the worst landlords I have ever experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
To start, they falsely advertised the flat with integrated appliances. Only to rip them out right before I moved in causing the kitchen to flood and leaving me without a dishwasher or washing machine for 4 MONTHS.It took getting a solicitor involved for them to put the appliances back in after threats of legal procedings
They have one contractor who is responsible for maintaining most of their properties meaning work very rarely gets done. I've been requesting repairs for flood and water damage for over

I find the people who I contact via the website are professional,are upto date on tatest regulations and try to resolve an issue quickly.When Managing Director of two blocks of units that we both built and rented out the units any of the people I deal with I would have gladly added to my team .
