It was a bad service and awful communication. 7 days after my order I received an email asking if I can wait or not as the item was not in stock. It said the stock will be resupplied in 2 weeks. It's been a month and a couple of ignored emails and I still didn't get the stuff I ordered. Sadly, it was not a 5 pounds shopping tour. I still hope I will either get a product or a refund. If I could post a review with 0 stars, I would.

I liked their products and website but on an order of £5.20 there was a £6.95 delivery charge. I feel this is ludicrous; the order was two fabric/plastic equivalent plant pots - and I live in London so we're not talking Outer Hebrides! The product itself was also hardly fragile or needing special delivery. I decided to shop somewhere else, as I always do when the delivery charge exceeds the cost of the goods.

Would not recommend due to not being able to refund products. Unpacked my product and realised it was too big and too hot after turning on for 1 minute. Packaged everything back into original packaging in a sellable, perfect condition and they said they were unable to refund it. Now I am left with a light that I have no use for at all.
