Absolutely fantastic service and care! We needed a new forklift after been let down by a local supplier. I found the same one been sold by Countrywide Forklift, we drove 3 hours to view and sealed the deal straight away, the truck was in fantastic condition and had been refurbished to a very high standard. They are a family business and this shows through their passion and care. The forklift got delivered 3 days later and everything has been fantastic. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!

SOLD OUR COMPANY A PALLET TRUCK ON THE BASIS IT LIFTS UK PALLETS AND IT DOES NOT. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF RETURN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY COMPANIES WITH SO MANY HIGH VALUE ASSETS BEHAVE LIKE COWBOYS...VERY SILLY.
