I queued in a socially distanced way, as per markings on the floor, awaiting to be served by the next available assistant. Someone walked straight up to the counter ahead of me and was served as the assistant looked up. Not very happy about that. I kept the peace but others don't follow the rules nor do the staff seem aware. Complacency rules here 😣
