I'm Alan Shaw a sole trader and the proprietor of Woking Aerials. I've often been asked why did I call my business Woking Aerials being as I have always been a sole trader, well the name is very descriptive and to the point, I live and work in and around Woking and I supply and fit aerials so the business name of Woking Aerials is very apt.
I was born in Old Woking in the mid 50's, educated at Church Street Primary School before moving up to Highlands Secondary School having spent the first year at its Kingfield Annex. On leaving school I worked for a couple of local builders before obtaining a full driving licence at the age of 17 years which enabled me to take up my current profession.

Any person employing Woking Aerials is assured of a job well done. Again being able to see work close up shows that Alan provides a service which is to be envied.
DAB radio stations have the same frequency at all transmitters across the whole of the UK. This is possible because of the COFDM digital transmission format, which enables the use of a "single frequency network". This is an advantage in principle for car radios, since re-tuning as you drive around the UK is not required.
Dozens of Trading Standards authorities are part of Buy With Confidence Trading Standards Approved Scheme, from Cornwall to Argyll & Bute, working hard to make sure consumers are protected from rogue traders. Every penny that businesses pay for membership (once they've been through the extensive vetting procedure) is put back into the scheme in order to help the public.
If you are contacting us because you are suffering from poor reception it would help us if you could describe, as near as possible, your reception problems and in doing so also supply your address including your postcode. Without your address and postcode we might not be able to help. City & Guilds and the City & Guilds logo are trade marks of the City and Guilds of London Institute and are used under licence.
