I had HD brows and eyelash tint at Total Looks today with the wonderful . It was a super calm and relaxing experience, efficient and professional, and I was thrilled with the outcome thank you so much. Loved chatting to the team - everyone is warm and welcoming - it's like a visit with friends. Highly recommended.

I would sadly have to agree with the person below. Which is a real shame because the beautician who served me was absolutely lovely and in no way it this complaint towards her. I came in had a Gel pedicure, I was confused as to why there hadn’t been a soak or anything but didn’t want to get involved as everyone has their own way of doing things but this didn’t seem to be at all like any treatment I’ve had in past. within a week 2 of the gels had come off, I called up she washappy to fit me in and fixed it. Fast forward four days later I’ve had another fall off.. so

I have been coming to this salon for years for different treatments but recently in the last year I have started to see Carla for HD brows and LVL lashes regularly.
She is a professional who does her job with love, care and so much passion. She is the best I have visited in any salon within the last couple of years.
Salon is run by the whole family and everybody including the staff are always very welcoming and surroundings are very clean.

I have enjoyed many manicures and pedicures at Total Looks and have always been really pleased with them. The HD eyebrows and LVL lashes are amazing too and I can't wait to go back and have them done again! Lovely friendly, helpful staff too....ohe and do have one of the free skin analysis tests.....they are unbelievable! Thank you, you lovely people! Will see you again very soon!

I was given a voucher for my birthday but unfortunately Total Looks old me that the voucher had expired. There were not any small prints on the voucher showing the terms and conditions, stating that it had to be used within a year. So legally I should be able to use it. Will contact my solicitor and see what he says.
