I was so impressed recently when I asked Shadow Carriage to provide a pick up for a family of 4 from a West End Theatre to my home in Berkshire. Their booking process was precise and punctual. All communications took place efficiently with minimum waiting times in email exchanges. Everything was done as agreed. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable and on time. The driver was professional and polite with no excessive conversation which can sometimes be a put-off if you just want to relax on your journey.

In these crazy Covid times, I have used Shadow a couple of times and not only did I experience the usual high standard of service, but Shadow made sure that I had a safe journey making sure that there were masks in the car, but making sure my hands were sanotised before I got into the car. I could not have felt any safer. Well done Shadow for not… only making sure that your customers are well looked after and protected, but also your staff.
