Services
They are a highly skilled and qualified engineer who is certified to work on catering equipment. In our case this means that all of our engineering team are Gas Safe Registered for Catering Equipment and are certified to COMCAT 5. They also hold qualifications to work on LPG gas equipment. These qualifications do not happen overnight.
Combination ovens require engineers who are trained and certified to repair them. If it is a gas powered oven then the engineer requires Comcat 5 Certification to work on this type of oven. All of our 5 engineers are Comcat 5 certified and have been on additional training with Rational, MKN or Blue Seal to augment their certification.
