I really like this company. The people I have dealt with have all been lovely. Although I had to wait a while for my window to get a new lock when the job was done it was very efficient and the service was delivered with humour and a smile. What more could you ask for. I will definitely use them again when required.

We bought a house that needed a new door and managed to get a few local quotes, one of which was from Northumberland Glass. The process was very easy and although we had to wait a couple of months, we were kept informed by Abi. As I write, Shaun and Martin have just left us with a fantastic looking new front door that’s been expertly fitted! It’s obvious why this company has a 5 star rating - no mess, no disruption to adjoining areas, quality workmanship and good banter with both chaps - many thanks and highly recommended! We have other plans for our windows so we’ll be back soon!

Contacted this local company for a quote to replace some misted windows in our caravan holiday home, received a prompt visit to measure us and a very competitive quote. Abigail kept us fully informed on progress and confirmed a date and time when the work would being carried out. My elderly mum said the three tradesmen that came yesterday to swap out the misted windows were very professional and courteous and could praise them enough for a great job they done. Great local company and would highly recommend them.
