I would not recommend this company. I have waited since the 5th March for Matt from the Kingsbury branch to give me a quote for my decking. The appointment was arranged for 18th March at 1pm. He tried to come at 12pm today giving me only half an hour's notice by text and then he didn't turn up at 1pm and I was waiting for him. I even sent him a… text but he didn't respond to let me know that he wasn't coming at 1pm. I therefore complained about him by email. Shortly afterwards he called me, spoke to me in a very angry manner and was rude unprofessional and inappropriate because I complained
