Gillams Properties have considerable expertise in student letting and managing student accommodation properties in Exeter. I've used Gillams Properties for the last three years. Gillams fully managed service is undoubtedly for me excellent value for money and their professionalism is high. We have used Gillams Properties for over 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service he has provided.

We would highly recommend Gillams Properties to anyone looking for a letting agent. New tenants are found quickly and he always gets me great rental returns and everything is dealt with speedily and professionally and nothing is ever too much to help you. I know I don't have to worry about a thing and his rates are the best in Exeter.

Without doubt, I had a wonderful experience with Gillams Properties! Mark was very friendly and professional, addressing any property and maintenance concerns promptly and to a high standard. Mark also successfully managed to ensure that the letting process was straightforward, efficient and stress-free for a complete beginner. This high level of support and commitment continued into the tenancy, where Mark often sent e-mails to ensure everything was still running smoothly. I cannot recommend Gillams Properties more highly!

I find the proprietor 'Mark Gillam' very professional and efficient with an excellent personality for dealing with both Tenants and myself.

I walked into this company to ask them to value my portfolio. I was greeted with the response of "No just No" before I could ask the agent if he could help. At least listen to why I have entered your premises I can safely say that I would not recommend this company and they will not be getting my business this year or next. Another agent has helped in the meantime thankfully.

Terrible experience, encountered countless problems during tenancy inluding important information about the property being withheld, health and safety hazards such as massive amounts of mould and repeated unresponsiveness to our concerns. On top of all this, Mark also attempted to swindle us out of our deposit for not hiring professional cleaners on departure even though the place was an absolute pigsty when we arrived. A complete and utter joke!!
