Wonderful place with lovely atmosphere... The mushroom crêpe I had was superb and highly recommended...

I'm not a vegan - I've eaten steak in Argentina and it was the great.
That said I would absolutely eat here again. Recommended by a great colleague so popped in for lunch yesterday - I had the item that was at the top of their standard menu; it's two words but I can't remember them. What I do remember is how delicious it was, mixture of guacamole, tofu, beans and a pepper atop it - really good portion size, very friendly and attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Extra points for Monstera Wallpaper. (I'm delighted to learn that is a thing).

Really amazing food , I’m not Vegan but I will definitely make this a regular place to go.
Dog friendly and really friendly calm atmosphere. If you are looking to try something different this is a must if you are near Tunbridge Wells

Having tried nearly all the plant based places to eat in Maidstone, Medway and Tunbridge wells- plant base’s dinner menu is now our firm favourite. The small plates are innovative, not a nut roast in sight. We tried about 80% of the menu, and not one dish disappointed.
The blinis with vegan cream cheese, dill and Smokey carrot “salmon” blew my socks off, it’s so close to the real thing without the slime of fish I couldn’t believe it. The king oyster based “scallops” were excellent and the spinach and mushroom croquets are next level.

To find a vegan only cafe in kent is like finding treasure. Lovely staff, great menu and fantastic food. We went for sunday brunch and couldnt stop smiling at this little find. Thank you The Plant Base - feels good to be vegan

This restaurant is amazing! The food is outstanding and the staff attentive. The decor and atmosphere are lovely. There are no negatives and we’ll be going back very soon!

We went to the plant base for dinner last night and it was impeccable. Great service, exciting and interesting food, full of flavour. I am not vegan so wondered whether I would miss the dairy but it was the best meal we’ve had in a long time, everyone at our table agreed. We ordered all dishes on the menu between 4 of us (they recommend 3-4 small plates per person) and they were all great.

We just came in for dinner, and this is honestly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Been vegan for well over 2 years now and I’ve eaten at so many places. Amazing food, amazing service, and great cosy vibe!

This time it was disappointing. We drove 45 minutes to get here only to find out they were not ready with the food for another 40minutes (it is advertised they start brunch from 9am, but they start really at 10am). The only thing we could had was porridge which in all fairness was just OK, not good value for money. We should have stayed at home today. Shame as we rememberred this as a nice place. We hope next time it will be a better experience so we can change this review.

Super tasty, quality and nutritious vegan food! We had dinner at the place and came back for breakfast the next day - so delicious, and plenty of gluten free options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great vegan food, lovely service and dog friendly!
I had a beautiful Buddha bowl with extra tofu and basil hummus. It was so flavourful and varied. Great portion size as well. The espresso/ banana smoothy was delish!

Lots of tasty breakfast and lunch options. The buddha bowls are amazing, filling and healthy. I has the black forest smoothie today which was divine! Best of all the staff are friendly, and accommodating of children.

A fabulously deliciously, Brunch was had this morning; filling, tasty and nutritious. As good as the lunch, I had a few weeks ago! 10 out of 10!
