I booked finishing touch for my wedding day on 30/10/21. I booked the silver baby Bentley for the mother of the bride, two bridesmaids and 4 children. Unfortunately on arrival the driver was not dressed for the occasion at all, he was in a track suit. However, the main issue was that my bridal party were 15 minutes late to my wedding because the driver did not know where he was going, my maid of honour had to direct him after he kept taking the wrong turnings. When they finally arrived at the correct destination the driver did not apologise or even acknowledge that they were late.

What an amazing and fantastic service from start to finish, this company is outstanding.
We hired a stretched limo for a birthday celebration and could not have asked for anymore. We received value for money and Sam who drove us around Birmingham arrived early for us, he was professional, kind, friendly and very accommodating to all of us. The limousine was clean, modern and stylish internally and externally. Thank you once again for such a memorable and fun experience. I would not hesitate to contact this company again if needed.
