This place is a joke. Booked a van to use for the local dump explaining this two weeks prior. Arrived and they didn't have the van available because they'd hired the models out and "upgraded" me to a larger one. One that is not permitted use to the dump. Massive waste of time. This isn't the first time they have let me down either but I returned to give them another chance. The "customer service" is appalling, not sure if the chap I've spoken to is the owner but he could care less about his customers. Appalling.
