Fire Safety Solutions NI provide fire risk assessments that will ensure you are legally compliant, fully insured and protected from the risk of fire. A Fire Risk Assessment evaluates your premises in terms of fire safety and risk to life from fire. It must be carried out by a competent person, defined as someone who has suitable and sufficient training and experience in fire safety to allow them to carry out the role effectively.

Your fire risk assessment should be reviewed regularly to ensure it is kept up to date and should take into account any changes to the premises that may affect the fire safety. To keep your fire risk assessment up to date and still accurate for the premises it should be reviewed periodically. This may be required more frequently for higher risk premises (6 monthly) and less frequently for low risk premises (12 monthly).

I have used the services of fire safety solutions and hand on heart can say I wouldn't even think of hiring a different firm. These guys cover everything. I own a number of rental properties, the guys made them completely fire compliant and now both myself and the tenants can sleep safer knowing that everything that could be done, has been done.

Critical: Professionalism, Value
Had bad experience with them, they are over priced, they charged £144 for fire alarm service, I didn't have fire alarm, asked for refund but they didn't. They was going to charge me total about £2000 for a shop to be legal for fire alarm. I sorted all for £250 with Hillhead security 👌 and they gave me certificate as well!
