Yesterday we were very fortunate to have Mr. Wilfredo Fornes as a customer. We had no water for over half-day and when the water came back the pressure triggered our fire alarm to go off and no-one at the store knew what to do at all. Fortunately Mr. Wilfredo Fornes is a Fire Alarm specialist and he was able to control the loud screeching alarm within a few seconds. We are so grateful to Mr. Wilfredo Fornes for helping us out. I have to start with saying that it's hard to get great honest service these days. I have been in the restaurant business for the past 25 years and I have dealt with numerous companies in this industry through out New York , New Jersey & CT.
