Your business needs up-to-the-minute, accurate bookkeeping. At DMP, we can deal with your bookkeeping at the same time as having your records ready for HMRC audit. We keep you up to date on all the rules and regulations, including keeping records such as invoices, bank statements, returns and tax computations separate from your private records and holding onto them for five years (self-employed) or six years (company).
When running your business you need to know precisely what's coming in and what's going out - without this you'll have no idea how well (or not) you're doing and of course won't be able to estimate tax liability. We will produce monthly Management Accounts so you're always on the ball. We can deal with your personal as well as your business tax obligations.
Your company needs to submit Statutory Accounts and Annual Returns, if you don't it can result in financial penalties or in extreme cases being struck off by Companies House. Should this happen we're able to do Restorations. However it makes more sense to let us ensure all your obligations are carried out on time and with accuracy.
