Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. How long it will take from your offer being accepted until you can move in to your house will depend on a number of factors.
Appointments will normally take place at your home, work place or in hospital or nursing home. For a no obligation quote please call the office or email. When Rachel Stafford is on home visits the telephone will be answered by Carol Barnes between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm. Report
Following the death of a relative, Rachel Stafford's service failed in almost all aspects. The Will (which she had recorded) had errors in it, the IHT forms were completed to the detriment of the estate and needed correcting by another solicitor, the communication was poor with slow responses and a laissez faire attitude to detail. Steer well clear.
