Ibstock Business Centre is run by Ibstock Community Enterprises, a non-profit community organisation with the best interests of the local village in mind. Once a school, followed by a factory, the building has now been renovated into 14 fully serviced suites. Our goal is to provide workspaces for both startup and established businesses in the Ibstock and Coalville area, while also providing a relaxed, enjoyable and professional environment.

Services
Formed in 1996, Ibstock Community Enterprises Limited (ICE) was established as a not for profit company and a co-operative. At the time, the aim was the regeneration and improvement of the Ibstock High Street for the people of the local area, particulary being an ex-mining community. The focus of ICE was community development, stimulation of the local economy and the provision of facilities and services.
At Ibstock Business Centre, we provide our office suites on a one month rolling contract, perfect for start ups and growing businesses in the Ibstock, Coalville, Ashby and surrounding areas. This allows you to set a good first impression, by having an office with a reception service, without having to worry about getting tied into any long term contracts.
