There's a big problem with the property market in the UK: It's actually very hard to sell your house. It takes a lot of time, and there's a great deal of stress, anxiety and uncertainty. Then when you finally do agree a sale and just when the end is in sight, sales can fall through for any reason, through no fault of your own!
