Egensys
Experts in Air Source Heat Pumps, Biomass Boilers, Solar PV Panels and Solar Battery Storage. Combining the highest standard of technical expertise with a market leading product range. Ensuring an Air Source Heat Pump is regularly serviced is important to maintain manufacturer warranties and identify potential future problems.

Ash and clinker build up on your biomass boiler will significantly reduce its performance. A full service will restore it to maximum efficiency. An air source heat pump is able to extract heat energy from the outside air to heat your property and hot water, at air temperatures as low as -25C.
Services
Drawing on many years of experience in the renewables sector as installers, Egensys was established with a clear mission to provide customers with a tailored, high quality, renewable energy systems design, installation and service package. There are no hard sales just great customer service.

Whether you are still at the project planning stage or are retrofitting equipment to an established property we have the knowledge and expertise to develop a solution to your requirements. If you have a plans and specifications already in place we can work from those, or we can arrange a meeting to discuss your project in detail.
What is a Heat Pump? The best way to understand how a heat pump works is to remember that temperature and the concept of hot or cold is subjective. With the coldest possible temperature being absolute zero at -273°C, your average fridge at 5°C could be perceived as hot! Heat is energy, the more intense the energy the higher the temperature produced.
A solar photovoltaic (PV) panel is made up of several silicon cell wafers, connected to each other in series. When a photon of light from the sun makes contact with the silicon cell a photovoltaic effect occurs, generating electricity. The most efficient solar panels can convert more than 20% of sunlight into electricity.
A solar immersion control device such as an iBoost or Immersun uses excess electricity generated by solar PV panels and effectively transforms your Solar PV system into a Solar Thermal system. The control unit is designed to work in properties which have a hot water cylinder with either an immersion heater installed or the facility to have one installed.
