I've recently placed my first order with Concept Incentives recently and I have been impressed from the very beginning.
In the past I have placed orders online with other companies and I've always felt like i was just on a production line, Concept offer an extremely personal service and they actually seem to care about the customer! I was kept fully up to date by friendly staff (a big shout out to Jasmine) which meant I could relax about my order. This, along with fast turn around means I will certainly be using them again!
