Denford Edge Boarding Kennels in Northamptonshire provide a luxury home-from-home environment for your dog. Established in 1997 and with over 40 years' experience, Denford Edge is run by experienced mother and daughter Pat and Hannah Fawcett. Licensed to board 74 dogs, all kennels provide ample room for the comfort of your dog and are heated or cooled depending upon weather conditions.
With a large dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable team they are proud to offer expert care to your 4 legged family members in a calm and caring environment. Our family has always had a huge passion for dogs and it has always been a dream of Pat's to own a boarding kennels. Pat and her late husband Ian started from scratch alongside Pat's brother-in-law John who built the first kennels here at Denford Edge. Ian passed away in 2013 and since then Hannah has taken a major role in the business.

We used Denford Edge Kennels for our romanian rescue, Dora, and whilst we were worried on how Dora would be with strangers and in this environment, the staff reassured us so much. They were superb with Dora. They had the same members of the team work with her across 3 nights she stayed in order to build a quick, consistent, positive bond. We dropped off a trembling, ex-street dog and picked up our familiar tail-wagging, excitable dog.
Clean, professional, approachable, patient, experienced. We're so glad we picked Denford Edge and their luxury service. Highly recommend.

I was feeling very nervous about leaving my caucasian shepherd here as he has to get to know you before he trusts and accepts you. However during my first look around the staff put my mind at ease and on his first overnight stay settled into his kennel. He behaved and even enjoyed it I think. He was very tired when he got home lol. Its such a relief to know he's in good capable experienced hands when he visits.

I am a member of staff at SHARE Rescue, Denford have cared for quite a few of our dogs now and we could not be happier 😍
Some of our dogs aren't easy and one in particular has a fair few behavioural issues that all the staff at Denford have dealt with amazingly!! The difference in her with all their work is astounding, she has come on in leaps and… bounds ❤
All our dogs come out looking and smelling beautifully with fab weights and behaviour (even after months in the kennels). It is clear that the dogs get amazing levels of care, attention and exercise whilst in Denford's

A charity I support had to home one of their dogs here after a failed adoption. I visit weekly to give him a walk and some love. He is very happy here and very well cared for. At the end of the walk, he is keen to greet the team and go back inside. Whilst it breaks my heart that he lives in kennels, I know that he is happy and expertly cared for here.

I have rescued from here, when ill my dogs were kenneled here five star service!
Most recently I interrupted a welfare meeting Pat was having with an emergency call regarding my extremely ill dog with life saving treatment required she calmed me with correct information for treatment advised me on where best to take her cost and care wise and is now looking after my Daisy post operation.
Pat and her team do not just board dogs they rescue, care for, love and adore dogs.
This is a safe, friendly and loving eniviorment for your pet highly recommended and more... You won't find better...Thank you

I have never put my dogs in kennels before, and was really apprehensive, as my eldest has diabetes and requires insulin twice a day. He went with his younger brother. My worries were unfounded. They both had a great two weeks. Staff are so friendly and treat the dogs really well. The kennels are so clean. Would definitely recommend to other friends. No hesitation in booking Fudge and Casper in again.

We have a very sensitive greyhound and he has stayed here several times. He's fine going in and always looks healthy when we collect him. At other kennels he would lose weight because he wouldn't eat. At denford edge he never loses weight. You can tell the staff love the dogs. We wouldn't leave our dog anywhere else.
