Services
The ability to quickly model prototype design concepts coupled with rapid offline programming and verification is the key to achieving the short lead-times demanded by many industries. This enables us to machine customer components direct from models, create our own models from drawings and offer our design and assembly capabilities through to a machined component.
Our machine shop offers machining capabilities using the very latest technology along with a highly skilled workforce. We offer a number of machining centers, up to 1 metre capacity and 4th Axis capability and high precision contouring software suitable for complex 3D milling. In addition to our machining centres, we can offer CNC Turning on our 8-station CNC Turret Lathe with programmable tail stock centres and tool path verification graphics.
