Ko and his team have been amazing in helping us design our home extension. His suggestions and ideas have been excellent. He has helped us through the problematic areas within our design brief by offering effective solutions. He has also been incredibly receptive when we have suggested last minute changes. I gave my brief to several architects everyone of them said it couldn't be done. But not Your Architect Ltd they came up with a superb design that balled us over. Harrow planning rejected it but without any hesitation Kaushik Patel recommended we appeal it as he was confident, we would win the appeal. How true he was, now we have our dream house and set new standards for my area. I would recommend them whole heartily.

KO was fantastic throughout! Planning in London's greenbelt and conservation area is not not for the faint-hearted and a true challenge for even the most seasoned architects. The team at Your Architect are super-knowledgeable and friendly, they worked tirelessly to secure planning for a very large dwelling - thank you so much. Architects in Harrow that go the extra mile. Kaushik helped us with the architectural plans and designs for our side extension. He was always very respoinsive, and helped us through the entire process from designing, submitting to the councils planning department to communicating with builders.
He has years of experience, knows the local rules and building control, and is always really pleasant and positive to deal with. It's really nice to have someone advocating for you and your interests when it comes to doing this kind of project, which can be stressfull if you do not have the rifht experts at hand. Would sincerely recommend.

Kaushik has been extremely helpful from the start. We hired Your Architect Ltd for a loft conversion and Kaushik took on board all of our requirements and further improved on them where possible.
The council rejected our initial planning permission application, with their reason giving us a slim chance of a successful appeal. Kaushik and his team worked hard to draw up another set of permitted development plans that still retained features of the PP design, which the council passed with no issues at all.
