We chose BASCS to replace our bathrooms and we were delighted with how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly all the staff were. We dealt mainly with James and cannot praise him enough for his guidance through the design process and help with the right choice and quality of fittings.
Because of COVID, sourcing of some items was difficult at times, but James was instantly there to find suitable alternatives.
We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend BASCS.

I can't recommend BASCS highly enough. Sam helped guide every decision that needed to be made. The showroom has extensive stock so it easy to compare all the options. Sam was patient, kind and, importantly, respectful of my budget. If you have no idea where to start, this is the place to go. They know what they are doing, have a fabulous product range and very competitive pricing.

We had previously worked with BASCS to replace a bathroom, ensuite & cloakroom and they were the first consideration when we decided to replace our kitchen/diner and utility. From start to finish, Ian and his team have been engaged, knowledgeable, communicative, flexible and patient – I cannot stress enough how helpful they have been throughout the process.
They offer a vast range of quality products, are competitively priced, have a showroom with inspiring kitchen & bathroom displays and, on the rare occasion there is an issue with a product, their aftersales care is second to none.
