The venue is lovely but I was told when I arrived that I couldn't have the 1h30 min treatment I had booked and paid for as there was only space for 1h. I was told at this point that I had been sent an email to warn me of this, when I checked later there was no email. As I had driven for 40 mins to get there, an hour certainly sounded better than the other option of turning around and going home. One of the reasons I booked an 1h30 mins was because I thought the price was fair at this venue for this length of time. However the 1h price was much more than I would normally pay and was much worse value
