Services
Industrial Roller Shutter Doors are suitable for a variety of applications and are both economical and robust, making them one of the most popular type of industrial door on the market. Each door is individually tailored to suit the customer's requirements and can be manually or electrically operated.
As the name suggests, these doors are fully automated and provide rapid access in and out of buildings. They are ideal for internal or external openings (up to 36sq.mtrs) when ease of access is required in order to aid material flow and control temperatures. A wide range of safety features are available.
Again these doors can be tailor-made to suit most openings and have the added benefit of insulated panels, for applications where a higher level of insulation and weather resistance is required. They have a pleasing appearance which is combined with ease of operation.
Panels - Insulated door panels are constructed from 0.7mm or 0.5mm galvanised steel sheets, bonded together with C.F.C. free polyurethane foam with integral thermal breaks, to provide a U value of 0.45w/m2 °C.The combined effect of the panel insulation properties together with the effect of the thermal bridges at the panel to panel joints, results in an overall U value of 0.60w/m2°C.

The COMBI DOOR SYSTEM from R.M.S. offers security and a very efficient high speed door system all in one compact unit. There is no need for unsightly sheeting between two doors which not only takes up valuable floor space but also makes general maintenance difficult and time consuming. Traditional 75 mm scrolled lath sections can be powder coated, plastisol coated or plain galvanised.
The PVC strip curtain offers a cost conscious method of reducing the problems of noise, draughts, spray, dust and fumes etc. they allow unhindered access with total visibility. Perfect two-way vision make the product safe for both pedestrian and fork lift traffic and they are guaranteed to reduce heat loss from exposed building entrances.
